EMS Training Explained

Our small group EMS sessions (max 4 people) offer the perfect balance of personalisation and motivation. You’ll get expert guidance from our EMS trainers while training alongside like-minded individuals—without feeling lost in a big class.

Body Composition Scans

All members get access to medical grade body composition scanning with our Impedimed Sozo Medical devices located in all studios. Keep track of your hydration, muscle mass, fat mass etc. throughout your training programs.

Check Ins

Every member in an Exolt studio can expect our Exolt Team to be on top of your goals, your progress and your life. With regular client check ins and the provision of nutrition and healthy habit coaching throughout your program.

Active Recovery Classes

We LOVE EMS training.... but EMS is not a standalone tool. The more you move day to day the more your body will thank you. Our active recovery classes are an opportunity for members to 'keep moving' - stretch classes, or short 20minute workouts you can fit in to stay active between EMS sessions.
